Niagara Falls, ON — April 11, 2025 — In a deeply shocking and saddening turn of events, Anthony Restaino, the respected Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for the City of Niagara Falls, has passed away. City officials confirmed the news earlier today, sending waves of grief throughout the community and the broader Niagara region.

Restaino, who had served in municipal government for decades, was widely regarded as a dedicated public servant, known for his unwavering commitment to the city and its residents.
