ESPN’s Pete Thamel reports that the Wisconsin Badgers are welcoming former Alabama Crimson Tide defensive lineman Khurtiss Perry on an official visit.
Perry, a four-star and Top-60 recruit in the Class of 2022, has made many visits this offseason, including stops at Virginia Tech, Louisville, and Indiana before heading to Wisconsin later this week.
Perry, a redshirt sophomore, has three years of eligibility remaining and has appeared in just one game during his time at Alabama.
The Badgers have been actively recruiting a defensive lineman this spring, inviting numerous players on visits but remained without one.
Wisconsin’s defensive line experienced substantial upheaval this offseason, with Rodas Johnson, Isaiah Mullens, Gio Paez, T.J. Bollers, Darian Varner, Gabe Kirschke, and Mike Jarvis all leaving the program.
