T.J. Watt Honored At 101 Awards.
OLB T.J. Watt of the Pittsburgh Steelers, who won the AFC Defensive Player of the Year title, was recognised yesterday night at the 101 Awards. Watt has earned the accolade three times in total, and Steelers defensive line coach Karl Dunbar was present when Watt accepted the honour in Kansas City. A photo was uploaded to the Steelers’ Twitter account.
Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns defeated Watt to win the AP Defensive Player of the Year title. However, the 101 Awards got it right, and Watt received a well-deserved honour. The NFC Defensive Player of the Year award went to Micah Parsons.
Wilson Catches March Madness.
For quarterback Russell Wilson of the Pittsburgh Steelers, everything is going great. His NC State Wolfpack, who had signed with Pittsburgh, played their NCAA Tournament opening round there. Wilson watched the action tonight as Oakland, ranked 14th, played a close game.
Between 2008 and 2010, Wilson was a player for NC State, where he threw for over 8,500 yards and 76 touchdowns. His passing yards and touchdowns still rank second and fourth in school history, respectively, with the latter only being surpassed by Philip Rivers.
Mitch Trubisky House On The Market.
Mitch Trubisky did the same after Russell Wilson sold his home in Denver and Kenny Pickett listed his home in the Pittsburgh region for sale. According to WPXI, Trubisky’s Edgeworth residence is listed for $1.9 million. With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, the house sits on more than half an acre of property.
Trubisky, who joined the Buffalo Bills during the summer, will try to succeed in providing Josh Allen with backup for the second time in his career. Before joining Pittsburgh before of the 2022 season, Trubisky played for the Bills for a season.
