Le Havre captain Arouna Sangante has reportedly caught the attention of Manchester United and Chelsea, as well as Premier League opponents Fulham. After assisting Le Havre in winning promotion the previous season, the 21-year-old centre back was selected to the Ligue 2 Team of the Year, and he has since maintained his excellent play in the top division of France.
