In light of fresh film, Kansas City Chiefs supporters are “so excited” about Louis Rees-Zammit’s debut.

Patrick Mahomes is seen passing to Rees-Zammit.
Fans of the Kansas City Chiefs are eager to see what Louis Rees-Zammit, a Welshman who arrived for training camp and was spotted catching a pass from Patrick Mahomes, can bring to the squad.

After spending the previous month in the UK, the former winger for Gloucester Rugby traveled back to the United States last week. After spending some time at home, the 23-year-old’s preparation for the Chiefs’ final 53-man roster is now taking a serious turn. August 10 marks the start of a series of preseason games, with Rees-Zammit likely to make his debut.

On Tuesday, players reported for preseason training camp. Notable players who showed up for work included rookie quarterback Xavier Worthy and standout quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
Among them was the man of the moment, Rees-Zammit, who was filmed by many NFL reporters upon entering Missouri Western State University, the Chiefs’ training facility in St. Joseph, Missouri.

The brothers Steve and Mike Williams host the podcast “All Chief’d Up!”; on the most recent edition, Rees-Zammit was discussed.

Steve brought up Rees-Zammit right away to start the show, saying, “In no time at all, they’ll all be wearing pads, and we’ll see what we got.” Particularly the recent arrivals, such as Louis Rees-Zammit.”
Steve: “Is there a possibility that LRZ will become a superstar? Or is he merely asking God for a chance to be included on the roster?”
Mike: “We’ve stated all along that he faces an uphill struggle. He has admitted to this. Mahomes stated as much out loud. He discussed it just the other day on Rob Riggle’s podcast. We shared a brief, and he realizes he needs to get knowledge. He has a humorous ball catch. He needs to develop new running techniques. Simply put, distinct things. I believe he has the mindset. I believe he will be added to the team. I’m maybe 60/40, or maybe 50/50, that he succeeds. This special teams item seems like it will significantly influence and shift the

Video footage from the Chiefs also features Rees-Zammit working with the team’s ace quarterback, Kirk Mahomes. In the clip, the MVP of the Super Bowl throws a pass to the Welshman, who then takes off with the ball.
In less than a day, the video has received over a million views, and viewers are enthused by the Welsh rookie in the comments area. “He’s going to bring in a whole new dimension. Thrilled to witness him perform,” uttered one.
“This young player is contributing to the squad and will be a greater asset than people realize!!! “Watch!!!,” someone other said.

On August 10 at 7 p.m. (Eastern Time), the Chiefs play their first preseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. It will happen on Sunday, August 11 at midnight UK time.
