Declan Rice showed he’s a dab hand with a golf ball during a keepie-uppie challenge with a difference.

As the Premier League’s winter break gets underway, the Arsenal star and his colleagues gathered in Dubai for the Gunners’ warm-weather training camp.
The vacation may come at the ideal moment for Mikel Arteta’s team, since Arsenal is currently experiencing some inconsistent midseason play.

Rice visited Rory McIlroy while attending the Dubai Invitational.

Following two straight league losses, the Gunners gave lost their top ranking before losing to Liverpool last Sunday in the FA Cup.

Rice attended the DP World Tour’s season-opening Dubai Invitational earlier this week, so it seems that his slump in form hasn’t affected him.

After making a few mistakes, Rice, 24, demonstrated incredible skill and focus to achieve a very respectable score. Rice was assigned the challenge of controlling the golf ball with a lofted club.

The famed golfer Tiger Woods popularised the challenge, and the midfielder finished his run with 50 keepie-uppies.

In a classic Nike commercial from 1999, Woods showed off his ability to switch hands and juggle a golf ball between his knees.

Furthermore, the five-time Masters winners would have surely applauded the England international for his outstanding play.

Ryder Cup player Justin Rose expressed his admiration for the DP World Tour via a remark on their video: “Not too bad, buddy!”

The focus will soon shift to Arteta’s team’s vital matchup with Crystal Palace, which takes place next weekend.

Arsenal has dropped to fourth position, but if Tottenham defeats Manchester United on Sunday, they might start their next game in fifth place.
Arteta will be hoping that the warm weather camp can energise his players ahead of an exciting second half of the season, with as many as five sides capable of making a title bid. There is little room for error in an already crowded top four.

The Gunners, who lost to Pep Guardiola’s eventual Treble champions in the final moments of the season, will be looking to improve on their performance from the previous one.
