Consequently, what happened?
After playing just two games in the WSL for Arsenal in the first half of the season, Kuhl will conclude the 2023–24 campaign with Everton in the hopes of earning more regular playing time. Having played for Nordsjaelland’s predecessor, Everton, she is reunited with manager Brian Sorensen. After coming off the bench in Saturday’s 3-0 Women’s FA Cup victory over Aston Villa, Kuhl made her Toffees debut right away.
KUHL’S MENTION
Kuhl said, “It feels really good to sign for Everton,” to evertontv. I’m eagerly anticipating this encounter. Being at Everton is an honour because it’s a large club. I’ve had a great experience in the Women’s Super League thus far. Having moved from the Danish league to England, I believe I have learned a great deal. It’s a significant move. I enjoy playing in this league because it’s competitive and entertaining.
“Everton felt like a good opportunity for me to come and play alongside some really good players and hopefully gain some minutes.”
ARSENAL’S QUOTES
Clare Wheatley, director of women’s football at Arsenal, stated: “Kathrine has impressed us with her development thus far, and this move will give her the chance to further advance in the WSL.” Kathrine is a fantastic young midfield player, and we’re excited to watch her develop as her career at Arsenal progresses over the next few months.”
