On the most recent episode of WWE SmackDown, Kevin Owens shared an emotional promo in which he talked about his mother’s recent medical issues.
Kevin Owens, Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, and Randy Orton will face The Bloodline at WWE Money In The Bank this evening. However, as he disclosed on SmackDown last night, Owens has been thinking about something else for the most of this week.
The former WWE Universal Champion broke the news in an emotional promo that he and his father and brother had been spending the last few days in Quebec by his mother’s side after she was sent to the hospital on Monday.
Owens stated that under the circumstances, he could have easily stayed at home, but he decided to come to SmackDown and face The Bloodline tomorrow because he knew his mother would be upset with him if he didn’t give everything he had in the WWE.
My dad called me on Monday morning to let me know that my mom had to be taken to the hospital right away and that I had to head home.
I boarded a flight and returned to Quebec, and I’ve been there ever since.
After just training for the first time, Kevin Owens’ son is thinking about joining the WWE.
In less serious family news, Kevin Owens recently disclosed that his kid, who recently entered a wrestling ring for the first time, is thinking about a career in the WWE.
